Please note student registration positions
are limited. In order to receive student discount, students
must be registered as fulltime students and produce a copy
of their University student card or proof of current enrollment.

to receive a student booking form.
Payment
Payment must accompany your registration form. ecoBiz 2007
registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Online: Registration is available online
at www. ecobiz2007conference.hievents.com.au. Please note,
credit card details are required for accommodation bookings.
Fax: Faxed registration forms are acceptable
only if payment is by credit card. Please fax forms to 07
3210 1606.
Mail: Alternatively, your registration
form may be mailed with your accompanying cheque/draft to
the Conference Managers. Cheques/drafts must be made in
Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian bank and free
of all charges. Cheques should be made payable to Hoteliers
International.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation of your registration is necessary, please
send written notice to the Conference Managers. Cancellations
made by close of business, Friday 5 October 2007 will be
accepted without penalties. Substitutions, however, may
be made at any time without penalty (please advise who is
substituting to assist administration). Confirmed registrants
who do not attend the conference, or who cancel after 5
pm Friday 5 October 2007, are responsible for the entire
registration fee.
Social function cancellation
policy
Where additional tickets have been purchased
for social functions, ticket cancellations cannot be refunded
if participation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to
the event. No refunds are available for included social
functions which are not attended.
Accommodation
Cancellations
No cancellations will be considered unless
made in writing to HI Event Management at events@hievents.com.au.
Accommodation cancellations made 14 days or less prior to
arrival may incur a cancellation fee subject to the discretion
of the hotel equal to one night’s accommodation.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By registering
for ecoBiz 2007 it is understood that you agree to your
name, organisation and State/Country being included on the
Conference delegate list which is distributed to delegates,
sponsors and exhibitors at the Conference. Your contact
details may also be used for sending marketing information
relevant to ecoBiz 2007 and any future ecoBiz 2007 or related
sponsor events. Please advise if you do not wish your details
to be used in this way.
